Based in Newcastle and Lake Macquarie, Apex Community Care provides care and support that far exceeds requirements. Building sincere relationships, and going over and above is what we do. We believe that care shouldn’t be a job, but a philosophy. To ensure that every person is cared for, nurtured and loved is a non-negotiable for us.

Our experienced staff are hired diligently by assessing their values, and then further equipped to have a positive impact on each person they encounter throughout their work. Put simply, our mission at Apex Community Care is to alter the course of peoples lives through our services.

Community Access

We exist for the community. We have open access for support which enable us to serve individuals with immediate needs.

Mental Health Support

Mental health is an issue that must be treated professionally. We provide care and on-going support for a range of mental health conditions.

Youth Mentoring

Adolescence is a tumultuous time, but for some even more so than others. We offer youth mentoring which we believe can positively alter a persons life forever trajectory as well as those around them.

Home and Living Support

A safe environment makes all the difference, and this is why we offer home and living support that is designed specifically for your needs.

Drug and Alcohol Addiction Support

Addiction is a symptom, not a cause. We understand this, and offer on-going support to tackle destructive patterns of behaviour as well as treating the underlying causes.
